You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

PAYMENTS; Payments is due at the time of booking and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery. 

CANCELLATION: In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1/2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery will not be refunded.

RUSH ORDERS; Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions: based on available inventory, rush fee may apply, orders place within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed.

INCLEMENT WEATHER; We will not be able to deliver if there is any hazardous weather conditions (lightning/thunderstorm,hurricanes,heavy winds, heavy rains, and any other acts of God) that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the yard display a refund will be honored. 

REFUND POLICY: We will not refund payment if homeowner requests display to be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. Please double check address, and send picture of the area you would like your display. Picture may be sent via text message (318-490-6303) or email to mylovelyeffectz@gmail.com {When you include the picture send the following information (name of person who sent payment, name for display, and address for display}

Price includes delivery with in Marshall, TX.  Outside of Marshall,TX will incur a one time traveling fee (prices varies with location). 

All Lovely Effectz, Love-A-Card, yard displays are meant to be a pleasant surprise. Please remember to notify the homeowner {or renter} that they will be receiving the greeting with 24 hours so they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to TURN OFF THEIR SPRINKER SYSTEMS and notify YARD SERVICE/LAWN SERVICE for the duration of the yard display.

All signs remain the property of LOVELY EFFECTZ LLC, Any damage, destruction or tampering with LOVELY EFFECTZ love-a-card is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from the owner. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damage will be enforced.

LOVELY EFFECTZ LLC, reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespecful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. LOVELY EFFECTZ LLC, is independently owned and revising requested wording or declining orders is done so at the owner's discretion. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

The Rental of your yard display is approximately 12 hours.

Delivery will either be the night before or the morning of the delivery date.

Pickup will be either be evening, or night of delivery date.

*Please DO NOT allow anyone on or around the yard card display for everyone's safety, including CHILDREN and PETS.

 

*Please discourage anyone from playing on or around the yard card display.

 *Please do not move or remove the yard card display. 

*DO NOT attach anything to the display.

*Please DO NOT cut the grass while the display is setup.

By placing an order with LOVELY EFFECTZ LLC, love-a-card you are agreeing to all of the company policies. Which means if there is any damage to the signs, you will be invoiced at a minimum of $25 per sign for replacement.
